Talent Pool initiative at WFP - JAN 2015

WFP has launched a Talent Pool initiative aimed at recruiting highly competent professionals who can play a key role in helping achieve zero hunger. Successful applicants will remain in the Talent Pool for 12 months, and can be considered for short or long-term international professional employment opportunities for key functional areas at entry and mid-management levels (P2, P3 and P4), in Country Offices, Regional Bureaux and Headquarters. The Talent Pool forms one of four pillars of WFP's People Strategy, a major initiative to build WFP’s talent and ensure our workforce is best equipped to achieve zero hunger.
All applicants will go through a comprehensive application and screening process to demonstrate their technical and organisational capabilities and the potential to grow and work across different field locations.
