Human Resources Assistant for the Staff Well-Being Section, New York, USA

Purpose:
UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a consultant to support the implementation of well-being initiatives around the world. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage UNICEF staff as they carry out the mission of the organization.

Minimum requirements and competencies:

• A first-level university degree is considered an asset, particularly in psychology or mental health
• Strong writing skills essential

• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Experience with developing advocacy, communications and/or training materials

• Experience with website management
• Understanding of the work of the UN, and UNICEF would be an advantage
