About Your Job:
This is a key role to deliver online revenue and to work in developing qatarairways.com and mobile as the key direct-sales and self-service channel for the airline for the assigned country. You will work in consultation with Country Manager, Regional Marketing Manager and Regional Direct Sales Manager in development and implementation of customized marketing plans for online and offline stations in Sudan.

You will monitor cost report on a monthly basis, report monthly accruals to finance and ensure oracle is updated with correct figures. You will create marketing monthly reports for all executed activities carried out throughout the monthly reports for all executed activities carried out through the month, with post report for each including Return of investment achieved (monetary and non-monetary),as well as ensure that return of investment can be measured and monitored for each activity pre and post activity. You will achieve extensive and relevant visibility on main social media platforms and concert Qatar Airways presence into sale and database growth.

You will ensure sales activities are well exposed within the social media channel, you will also support regional marketing manager on any other marketing related activities/reports required as well as organize, coordinate and plan for Fam trip, events and CSR activities to be carried out at the station.

You will assist in the structure and implementation of the marketing plan to optimize Qatar Airways revenue and presence in the market as well as ensure approved marketing activities in the financial calendar year are carried out and executed on time and post report of each activity is shared with regional marketing manager. You will maximize value from marketing spend and monitor budget utilization, plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, product and time scales to increase awareness and raise profile of Qatar Airways. You will also develop initiatives to drive direct marketing to all different segments.

About You:
You are required to hold a Bachelors’ degree in Sales & Marketing, e commerce or other business management related field with 5 years’ experience in the field of ecommerce, preferably airline or travel industry related. Previous work experience of more than 3 years in managing regional and remote offices preferably in a head office environment will be an added advantage.
You need to have the ability to project manage large projects with high complexity, work on sales, account management,marketing, training and performance management experience. Good presentation skills, sales analysis and web analytics and good understanding of web technologies and its application to consumer facing websites are also required.
