Gender and Girl Network Specialist

The Gender advisory role is a core function of Girl Effect’s integrated strategy where brand and gender expertise are at the heart of everything we do. Gender Specialists are a leading source and driver of information and knowledge and expertise on adolescent girls and adolescent girls’ programming, enabling sustainable systems for girl expert knowledge, with the maximum impact that is measurable and scalable. The advisory role will help further strengthen our brand, evidence and partnership work in-country, while providing sound technical expertise and input on girls and girl-centered programming.
The Gender and Girl Networks Specialist is a new role, created due to exciting growth and change within our organization - we are hugely ambitious for our future and we are looking for someone who shares our vision.
