You'll have to ensure the overall management of the programmes, security and support functions in Kebri Dehar (KD), Somali region of Ethiopia starting the 1st of November.
More specifically, you will have to:
- Ensure the overall management of the programmes,
- Ensure the overall management of support functions,
- Ensure the overall management of security:
- Carry out a continuous strategic analysis of the security and humanitarian context in Somali region,
- Ensure representation and coordination,
- Be responsible for HR Management,
- Ensure Reporting & Communication

Are the you the person we are looking for?:
- You hold a master level - compulsory (for work permit purpose)
- You have experience in a similar position in humanitarian context for at least 2 years including HR and program management (A medical / health background would be a plus)
- You’ve successful experiences in capacity building of national staff
- You’ve experience in unsecure areas (security management experienced)
- You are fluent in English
- You are able to work and live in an isolated set up and able to handle stressful environment
- You are, proactive, patient and diplomat (able to handle sensitive relations with relevant stakeholders)
